The North Shore gets substantially more rain than the rest of us, and it shows. Timber doors on exposed elevations here need refinishing sooner than the same door would in Richmond, and drainage against the base of a door matters more on a sloping lot.
If you have a wood door on a west or south face without an overhang, we will be honest with you about the maintenance before you commit to another one.
